The Recipient Love Guarantee

If your recipient is not delighted with their gift, we will refund you the full amount. No questions asked. This covers every gift, every occasion.

How It Works

•If your recipient is not satisfied, contact us at hello@curagift.com within 30 days of delivery.
•We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
•No need to return the product. The gift is yours to keep or pass on.
•For damaged or defective items, we will send a replacement at no cost.

Every product in our collection is handcrafted by skilled artisans. We stand behind the quality of each piece. When you give a CuraGift gift, you are giving something made with care and intention. We believe the recipient will love it. If they do not, we want to make it right.

Exceptions

•E-gift cards are non-refundable once delivered to the recipient.
•Custom personalized items (custom engravings, custom photos) may have a 50% restocking fee if returned due to buyer's change of mind.
•Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not eligible for replacement.

Shipping

Since our products are handcrafted and shipped internationally, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of product damage.
